These earrings are pure decadance with a sweet and fresh, cheeky boudoir twist. They were created around an adorable pair of vintage solid 18K gold (stamped 750, a European mark for 18K gold) earrings with 0.05 carat rubies, and all wires are 18K solid gold.

Rare moss amethyst, with mysterious smoky purple rutiles, are accented with ribbons of sea green sapphire, pale blue tourmaline and feminine shimmery grey moonstones. End at the tip with a pair of rubies, each about 1 carat in weight.

Sweet and fresh, yet the colours and sillhouette give off a slightly electric, off-beat elegance. Measure about 4.4 cm (1.75 inches) in length.

Note that the hearts will wear right up against your ears, but because these were photoraphed on an earring stand, in the last picture, the hearts are drooping when they will actually stand upright against your ears.
