Shipping Options

As we have recently relocated to Singapore, to simplify shipping options (for you and for me!) we are currently using a flat rate calculation on all worldwide orders.

All orders above $100 ship for FREE worldwide. Free Shipping is calculated automatically upon checkout.

Orders under $100 cost $3.95 to ship worldwide

Shipping within Singapore will cost $1.50.

Please note that these rates DO NOT include tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you are worried about reliable delivery and wish to track your package and purchase insurance, select the Insured Mail ($25) option. This is the only option with which tracking and insurance can be provided for international orders.

Packaging and Giftwrap

pequitobun jewelry are packaged in jewelry boxes made from 100% recycled fiber (on average 80% post- consumer), and wrapped in paper that is manufactured from 100% post-consumer material. Gift-wrapping is available on request upon checkout.

Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 days after purchase. Your orders now ship from Singapore, and International Mail takes about 7-15 days for delivery on average. Please note that these estimated times do not include the up to 3 days of processing time (i.e. orders will take 10-18 days on average to reach you).

Promotional Codes

If you are on pequitobun's mailing list (scroll down below to join!), you may occasionally receive promotional codes for use on the site. To apply these, enter the promotional code into the "Promotional Code" Box in your cart, then click "Update Cart". Let your cart reload to apply the code, before continuing to "Checkout" to complete the order.

Return Policy

pequitobun stands behind the quality of our handmade items, and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item, mentioning your order number and the items you would like to return. We would be happy to offer you a full refund minus shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original unworn condition.

Please contact us before sending your return package to help us more efficiently process your return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and for packaging the item securely in a padded box. We recommend delivery confirmation and/or insured mail for shipping your returns. To protect your privacy, we do not store any credit card information. Returns will be made in the form of a cheque or using Paypal.

Repairs

Every piece on pequitobun is handmade with the greatest care, and we hope they will last you a lifetime. However, vintage materials are pretty old, and accidents do happen, so if your jewelry piece requires repair, do contact us and we will do our best to make everything right again. If you have all the parts, repair is generally free. If parts are broken or missing, we can still find a way to repair them as closely to the original as possible, for minimum cost.
